Reinforced soil method "Pan Wall" using reverse installation.

Achieving excellent durability due to high strength! The diversification of pattern designs allows for compatibility with various landscapes.

"Panwall" is a construction method based on the theory of steep slope stability and ground reinforcement techniques. By using reverse construction to finish the structure from top to bottom, it protects obstacles and prevents loosening of the ground and collapse accidents during construction. Additionally, the precasting of surface works allows for improved quality, shortened construction periods, and labor savings. With high durability and maintenance-free features, it demonstrates superiority in long-term life cycle costs. [Features] ■ Enables effective land use at the top and bottom of slopes ■ Protects obstacles and prevents loosening of the ground and collapse accidents during construction ■ Allows for improved quality, shortened construction periods, and labor savings ■ Demonstrates superiority in long-term life cycle costs ■ Achieves excellent durability due to high strength *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Nihon Toku Kensetsu Co., Ltd. Technical Introduction: "Restoration of the Collapsed Slope at the National Treasure Kiyomizu-dera"

Geo-fiber construction method that ensures slope safety while considering the landscape.

In September 2013, a landslide occurred on the grounds of Kiyomizu-dera due to heavy rainfall brought by Typhoon No. 18. Kiyomizu-dera has previously experienced landslides caused by record rainfall, and the slopes were restored using the geofiber method. The slopes restored at that time withstood the recent heavy rainfall, reaffirming the superiority of the geofiber method. The geofiber method has also been adopted for the current disaster recovery work. 【Features of the Geofiber Method】 ○ Measures that consider the natural environment → Environmentally friendly slope protection work combining ground reinforcement, continuous fiber reinforcement made of sand and fibers, and vegetation work. ○ Technical review certification obtained (materials and construction methods) ○ NETIS registration number KT-980183-VE, a promoted technology ○ Agricultural and rural development private technology information database No. 0370 For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Reinforced soil method - Greenery tail arm method (Terra Trail F2 method)

Harmony with nature, tranquility. Now, Hirose reflects anew.

The greening tail arm method, as its name suggests, is designed to allow for the greening of the surface of tail arm embankments. The basic principle of the method is the same as that of the tail arm method, but instead of using heavy concrete skins, it employs mesh panels and vegetation mats, making it even easier to construct. The greened embankment surface harmonizes with the surrounding environment in suburban and mountainous areas.

Reinforced Soil Method - Super Dagu Shim Method

Surpassing the conventional rebar insertion methods! The definitive technique for slope stability reinforcement.

The Super Dugshim method, like the EP route pile method, is a reinforcement technique designed to prevent natural slopes and ground from collapsing. In the route pile method, a hole is first drilled into the ground using a steel pipe, and then filled with a rebar core and mortar; however, in the Dugshim method, all of these tasks can be performed simultaneously.

Reinforced soil method - High-strength micro-pile method

Leave it to us for high-durability micropile construction methods.

The high-strength micropile method involves leaving a high-strength steel pipe, called casing, in the ground as a pile after drilling a hole into the ground. This method is used to support the foundations of bridges and buildings, as well as to reinforce natural slopes and prevent landslides or ground collapses.

Reinforced Soil Method "Revital SE"

Combining high durability and aesthetic appeal! This construction method does not involve on-site pouring and is environmentally friendly, preventing river pollution.

"Livitair SE" is a river area-compatible construction method using the earthquake-resistant reinforced soil technique called Tail Armé. There is no on-site pouring, which prevents pollution of the river. Additionally, it allows for hole processing of about φ250, making it possible for small fish to inhabit, thus considering the environment. Panels cultivated worldwide, combining high durability and aesthetic appeal, provide peace of mind. 【Features】 ■ Durability ■ Environmental friendliness ■ Economic efficiency ■ Aesthetic appeal ■ Safety *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Reinforced Soil Construction Comprehensive Catalog

Vertical walls enable effective land use! Reinforced soil method - Terra Armata retaining wall.

The Tail Arm Method is a construction technique that allows for the vertical and high construction of embankments. By laying ribbed strips (strip-shaped steel reinforcement) within the embankment and covering the surface with concrete skin (modular wall panels), it enables the creation of vertical and high retaining walls. RRR method

It is widely used in general embankments, retaining walls, coastal areas, reservoir banks, and bridge abutments!

The "RRR Method" includes four construction methods such as the reinforced soil bridge pier method "RRR-A," which reinforces the fill for installation and integrates it with the bridge pier. "RRR-B" is a reinforced soil retaining wall method that constructs a retaining wall with a vertical and rigid integrated wall surface using geotextile-reinforced fill. Additionally, there is the existing slope steepening method "RRR-C," which stabilizes existing fill and natural slopes into steep gradients using large-diameter reinforcement materials and a rigid wall surface. 【Types】 ■ RRR-A Reinforced Soil Bridge Pier Method ■ RRR-B Reinforced Soil Retaining Wall Method ■ RRR-C Existing Slope Steepening Method ■ RRR-D Waterside Disaster Prevention Reinforced Fill Method *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Soil cutting and reinforcement method "RBP Wall Method" [*NETIS registered method*]

Prevent collapse by stabilizing cut slopes and embankment earth! *For a limited time, we are offering technical materials that include examples of application and construction sequence for free!

The "RBP Wall Method" is a slope construction technique that involves excavating the ground from the top of the slope while securing the slope with reverse bolt panels as it is lowered. By combining reverse bolt paneling with rebar insertion, it prevents collapse through the stabilization of cut slopes and the surrounding ground. This method is applicable for road widening, land development, steep slope countermeasures, fall prevention measures, and slope stabilization in areas with small ground stress, limited space, or adjacent to structures. [NETIS Number: QS-160035-A] **Features** - Can be extended in either vertical direction - Always ensures slope stability - Allows excavation on steep slopes even in areas with low ground strength - Has significant resistance to ground behavior during earthquakes and other events *For detailed features, application examples, and construction procedures, please download the PDF of the "RBP Wall Method" technical documentation.*
